About this route
Hayterdale's toughest loop climbs the Zuurberg Pass to the Zuurberg Hotel, then plunges down hand-cut singletrack — the TMH trail, GZT bridge and Sea View descent with its outlook over Nelson Mandela Bay — before grinding over Bush Buck Ridge and Skeletons Gorge onto the venue's national cross-country course. This Addo trail-park hosts the Great Zuurberg Trek, the Hayterdale Classic and provincial/national XCO and downhill racing.
