About this route
A rolling dirt-and-gravel loop on the northern flank of the Magaliesberg inside Kgaswane reserve, climbing through protea-clad quartzite slopes past grazing sable and zebra to open views over Rustenburg. Note: the candidate's "Peglarae Trail" is actually the reserve's 5.5 km hiking day-trail, not an MTB route — the real MTB ride here is the Sable Loop.
