Cape Cycle Routes' farmland wander through the Overberg: 369km on tar and gravel with 3,976m of climbing, recommended over 3–6 days at ~60–70km/day. From historic Swellendam through golden wheat country to Cape Agulhas — the southernmost tip of Africa — then via Elim, Stanford and the Hemel-en-Aarde Valley to Grabouw and the Elgin Valley.
