Thank you very much Dave. It was again such a pleasure doing business with Action cycles. My creo Charger just suddenly did not want to work anymore and needed to replace it as soon as possible. Dave shipped my charger the same day we made contact with him and received by parcel the next morning. I really appreciate your service.

Bought a second hand Turbo Levo… As I live in Plett the only Specialized agents are in the Garden Route and Port Elizabeth… Phoned the closest one to Plett and they where not very helpful… phoned Action cycles and luckily got hold of Ken.. Ken has been amazing.. Helped me telephonically with some problems and when I went to their shop all the staff were amazing. I was in Port Elizabeth for a limited time so Ken stopped all of his other jobs and fixed my Bike in record time.. Fantastic service and highly recommended

So amazing people! I had an issue with a part of my bike before Ironman South Africa. In one day, they solved it and were so friendly. This would take one to two months in Germany to solve, if they even could.

I have to say, I wish they would have mentioned my rental bike had tubulars. That wasn’t a worry I wanted out on the course of my first full IRONMAN. Their solution? Pay 250 ZAR on top of my 3000 ZAR rental for a puncture inflator I may or may not use, but certainly can’t bring home. Not cool. And to basically get no help in setting up the bike to fit me, especially as it’s quite a bit too small for me, again, where’s the service after the sale? Very much feels like this is the main weekend of the year in which they make their most money and I’m just an ignorant tourist coming in from with ca
