The fact they are owner and family run means the engagement you have with them is always productive and there's no passing of any buck but also refreshingly human. Craig has always ensured incredibly fair value on stuff we buy which is top quality from tubes to the top fuel 9.8 (LOVE). Outstanding service! I needed a quick repair before an upcoming race and Bicycle Line delivered. They had my bike ready in just a couple of hours. Efficient, professional, and i highly recommend them. While out on a ride, my rear wheel bearing collapsed just 3km into my route. With a mountain bike race coming up on Sunday, I needed urgent help. Bicycle Line went above and beyond. I dropped off my bike at 14:30 and by 16:00, it was fixed and ready to go. Colour me impressed!

Took my Rockrider ST100 there for a service and they replaced the chain and sprocket. They bike was also detailed cleaned. It actually changes better gears now than when it was new. Very professional service and I highly recommend this place.
