Disappointing stock management and communication I have now had the same frustrating experience twice with Bike Kings. On my first order (gloves and a kidney belt), I heard nothing for three days and had to follow up myself. Only then did I receive a WhatsApp from Natasha trying to convince me to take different gloves because the ones I had already paid for were apparently out of stock. I eventually received the order 8 days later. I placed a second order last week (riding pants and a cap), expecting better, but the exact same thing happened again. My husband is quite literally bike mad, he certainly went to the right shop for what he wanted. Louis was extremely helpful, very knowledgeable, gave great advice and shared contact details for people with experience in suspensions etc. My husband was a happy man when we left the shop. This was a great shopping experience.
