Initially, the service seemed promising. However, when I called to check if our bicycles were ready for collection, I was told they were. Upon arriving at the store, I found they were not ready. After eventually collecting my bicycle, I took it out for a ride, only for the chain to break—a disappointing outcome, especially considering it had been brought in for a full service. While this could be an isolated incident, the experience was frustrating.

Bad experience. Brought two bikes in for a service and they said they would fix it, replace any damaged parts and test it for riding standard. When I got home to ride the bikes the chain broke immediately as soon as the bike was operated. Not happy with the service.
