Hi guys, thanks for the great setup, very happy with the drivetrain upgrade, pricing was as competitive as any other of the SA online stores, the difference being the personal touch of any additional tweaks that needed to be done to the bike and related comments. Only complaint being of the Lefty that needed to be brought back to the shop for additional maintenance , I think due to over bookings or too busy, but sorted in end. Customer service.In my opinion the most important sales aspect. Add to that the fantastic workmanship aswell on doing a service to our bikes.What more can us cyclists ask for? ( cup of tea?🙂)

Callan has loads of experience and is always a pleasure to deal with. My bikes are always serviced timeously and at a reasonable rate. He always communicates costs prior to servicing so no unexpected shocks when you get your bike back! Wouldn't take my bikes anywhere else.

Cool bunch of guys that are ever ready to help. Great work ethic - took their time in setting up my bike correctly and giving advice regarding equipment and Fit. Johan, from the partner shop, Absolute Motion assisted with a bike fit and is a truly knowledgeable and friendly guy.
