I pawned my laptop on 27 September 2025; when I went to fetch it a week later, on 05 October 2025, I had to wait for hours, as they could not locate it. I was soooo frustrated and don't think I will ever use their services again

Was able to get my hands on a PS5 for a steal without even being anywhere near the store. Bought it online and arranged my own courier for pickup without any issues. Store clerks were super helpful and fast getting my package ready for pickup.
