If cycling is your thing, Chris Willemse Cycles is worth a visit. Their “My Cycle Life” rewards system is a standout—you earn vouchers regularly, even on small purchases like supplies or spares, and can link Strava to earn rewards, set targets, and share digital vouchers. Staff are generally friendly and helpful, though they could be more proactive at times. Yasin, shukran so much for taking time out to help me sift through ALL the bottom brackets for my specific mtb frame. It's much appreciated for taking away from the workshop to assist me. To Ricardo... meeting the man in the flesh was lots of fun!! Thank CWC team!!

The store has a vast variety of brands and products, sufficient stock and very competitively priced. Staff is extremely friendly and knowledgeable and would definitely recommend them. Ricardo is the star player in the store.

To the staff's credit they did refund me, but unfortunately this was my last visit to a cycle lab/ CWC.

From the moment the bike was booked in, there was a complete lack of communication. We dealt with a staff member named Ronaldo, who was supposed to source a replacement rim. After three days with no update, I contacted him myself—he assured me he would call back within 30 minutes. That call never came. Over a week and a half later, we still hadn’t received any feedback. When we followed up again, he seemed unsure of the situation and struggled to provide a clear answe
