I purchased an Argon 18 E112 triathlon bike via Bike Hub, a platform that is unfortunately well known for scams, so I was understandably very cautious about proceeding with the transaction. From the very first interaction, Quintin went above and beyond to ensure I felt completely confident and secure. He patiently answered every question and even took the extra step of creating a custom video of the bike, showing specific details that could only be captured in a personalised video.
