I’ve read some of the reviews below about the crew being cranky - and I can understand that while the CRANX team are not effusive or overly enthusiastic or hyper, they are solid, warm, kind people. Really enjoyed dealing with them - they fitted me in during a busy time, fielded all my questions and concerns, and did a really good service. Thanks team

I reached out via WhatsApp regarding an issue with my bike’s gear shift and stopped by the shop shortly after. When I mentioned that I had written 20 minutes earlier, the response I received was “Yeah, and?” followed by being told that they receive 1000 messages a day and that I wasn’t known to them. I completely understand that businesses can be busy. However, being busy should not come at the expense of basic courtesy toward someone walking into your shop for the first time. Unfortunately, the interaction felt unnecessarily dismissive and unwelcoming. I decided to take my bike elsewhere.

Do not recommend. Unfriendly staff, not accommodating or willing to be helpful. Came across like they didn't want to help me. I just wanted a chain put on. Never had an experience like this before from a bike shop, I would of thought they would want locals to use them vs other shops over the mountain. Don't answer calls. Won't recommend.
