I bought the tricycle from Cycle Lab Ballito, when we got home when my daughter was riding it the chain came off, the guy from cycle Lab came and fix it in the afternoon, the next day when my daughter was riding the bike the chain got stuck and the bike wasn’t moving, the chain guard bent. All this happened Within 2 days and the bike of R12000.00 is sitting at home, it’s not moving. I contacted The guy from Cycle Lab who pretended to be assisting me never got back to me. It’s been a week now. Their service is terrible. I don’t know whether it’s because I’m a woman or it’s because I’m black. I

I took in a bike for puncture repair. Had to return it because it's not sorted. I waited 4 hours only to be told that the guys in the workshop have left without attending to my bike.
