After a satisfactory first encounter with Justin when I went to enquire about purchasing a bike for my son. I was disappointed on the day of picking up the bike, about three weeks later. With the expectation of a continued 5 star service I only realized upon arriving home with the bike that they did not bother to wipe the bike down and was handed to me with scuff marks on the frame and visible dust on it. Patricia was welcoming, friendly, and very helpful throughout the entire process of purchasing our two bicycles. She provided excellent customer service and made the experience smooth and enjoyable. I purchased a marked-down product online for in-store collection. Upon collecting the item, I noticed that it appeared used, which was not disclosed at the time of purchase.
