Beautiful shop!! Unfortunately the young sales guy on the floor has very little knowledge of bike parts and spares. I've been to this shop multiple times asking for basic spares. Each and every time it was referred to the technicians in the back. And i'm not talking about unknown parts. Basics. Cable housing, cables, bottom brackets. Very nice shop with a lot of potential. Unfortunately very little knowledge.

Abysmal service – complete lack of communication I dropped off my bike at Cycle Lab Paarl to be boxed and couriered to Pretoria based on a recommendation. It was a total disgrace. When I arrived, the shop was empty, yet I had to walk around searching for assistance. Day 1: I arrived at 12:00 as instructed. They promised a quick turnaround and said they would send the waybill details ASAP. By 16:00, I had received zero updates. I called, only to be told "the workshop is busy." Day 2: After 5 to 6 follow-up calls from my side, I kept getting the same excuse. Every time, they promised feedback

Great Gear, Poor Service This is easily the best-equipped store in Paarl, but the customer service is a letdown. Despite being a regular customer and having bought a bike here, the communication is chaotic. Phoning in is a mission; the staff seem confused, and I was even told I’d be called back in 15 minutes because "someone was busy with the computer" just to check on a puncture repair. What, you have one computer? It’s 20 minutes later and no call. There’s a total lack of personal touch or staff engagement. Great stock, but the floor management needs a serious wake-up call.
