This post is 4 years to late. 1. I Bought an incorrect size MTB in 2022 on Takealot a 26 inch for a 187cm male, Jean called it the Jackie Chan special. 2. Took him a year of convincing to get me onto a 29er and correctly fitted bike. 3. I Did 2 Ride Joburg's on my Norco Storm 2023 and 2024 4. I then Got hit by a car in a hit and run in January 2025 Jean tried his best to get me onto a bike I told him I would never ever buy a road bike in July 2025 I bought my road bike after a month of testing and tweaking to make it comfortable for me, I then did my fastest ever ride Joburg on the same year

Would have given them a zero if I could. Bought three bikes new from them two went back because of a nose in the first week, nothing got fixed took them to another company and the shaft and bearings never got any grease nor did they see it the first time the bikes came in for a check up

The owner needs to get someone else to welcome and help clients. The guy comes forth as friendly but lets you know he knows more, not in a good way. He wants to "help" but I have not finished my sentence then he falls in with his opinions letting me know it is not possible to get me the bike Im looking for. Just Let me finish a sentence before you interupt me. I wanted to ask other questions but his attitude just puts me off. His behaviour is literly I know more.. I gives him specs on what I want then he just goes off with his own agenda. Ill rather phone a dealer from another city requesting

New to Bloemfontein and finding a new bike store is harder and more personal than finding a new doctor! But Jean and Jaco and the rest of the team were awesome to deal with. Carried out repairs on both my gravel and mountain bike and couldn’t be happier.
