In todays life its dangerous to walk with cash I do everything by card without them having a notice they dont accept a small purchase by card payment rather go somewhere else where they want to do business

Very rude people!!! The Indian guy do not pay attention to you as a customer. Too Busy type on his cellphone and paperwork. I Had a sample of the parts I needed but he insisted that the part he gave me is the right one although it doesn't look remotely the same. It was wrong!! May be the R50 business is to small. Will never go there again and will tell a our club members. Very very rude guy!! Stay away!!!

We had been very loyal customers over the years. In total bought 3 bikes, gear and bicycle rack. But I've learnt that the staff have very little customer etiquette and aren't shy to be rude or talk about you when they think you out of ear shot. I therefore change my review from 4 stars to 1 star. If you not planning to spend lots of money then don't expect friendly service.

Very poor service. The person assisting me had such poor knowledge and didnt look like he wanted to assist in solving the issue i am having with my bike. Tecnical skills of the workshop is so limited that most components are sent to the manufacturer to fix, driving up the cost so much. I would not even go back to buy a tire patch kit. Shame on you cycle zone.
