Fantastic service from Eugene and all the staff at Cycleworx Sedgefield. Destroyed a rear derailleur while mountain biking Harkerville. Called all the bike shops in Knysna and they did not have a compatible derailleur in stock. I phoned Eugene from the other side of Knysna, and despite the fact that his shop was due to close in 15min time he kept it open and asked his mechanic to stay late to sort out my bike.

Most Probably the best online service I have ever used! Delivery was very quick (2 days) taken I am more than 300km away from Capetown.
