Monique is a hands on and expert on bike services. I tried Cycloworx to get my trusty Scott MTB back to good working order after other workshops could only do a superficial service. As Monique said it needed a lot of TLC especially the derailleur, cassette and chain which were replaced at a fair price. She also sorted out the lockout for the fork and damper even though parts for this model are no longer available. 5 ster diens!
