Service Excellence from the Roodepoort Decathlon Team. From entering the store to meeting Casey, fantastic service. Casey assisted us with choosing the right backpacks, and she was extremely patient. She even googled the airline to check if they accepted the size bag we chose as on-board baggage, AND we didn't even ask her to!!! Reabetse at the till was very helpful advising me to sign up to Decathlon for the promotions. Great service all round, thank you. PS I ordered my hiking shoes last Sunday online, and they arrived the next day!! Great service

Decathlon is the go to place for camping, hiking and sporting goods. Their range is fantastic and they have put a lot of research and thought into their products. I am yet to meet a staff member who did not seem eager to assist. From a price perspective their goods are really competitive and they usually stock both bottom of the range and top of the range products. Take note of their clothing range though. Most of the products are a bit small for South African sizes. That said it is easy to return something when it does not fit. Most if not all if their produxts are available on the website, w
