Very friendly, amazing service. I had a mechanical issue with my bike about 100 km out of town. I found East Coast Cycles on Google and phoned them to find out if they kept the part I needed (I spoke to Kevin). I phoned Kevin a few times to keep him updated on my progress, he remembered my name when he answered the phone which I thought was amazing. When I finally managed to get my bike to him, he immediately came out when he saw me coming and fitted the part for me. It was an excellent experience.
