10/10!! No wonder it's called "easybike" emphasis on "easy"! Cannot thank the team (Ferne & Syngen) enough for following up on my sunglass request, event though they didn't have stock. Thanks to the team I was notified immediately when the new stock arrived and my sunnies were part of the new batch. My order was paid for and within 2 minutes received a notification from the couriers that my order has been received and will be on its way shortly. Thanks guys! Keep up the great customer service!

Absolutely useless and unacceptable service. I paid the full amount for a Garmin smartwatch, plus an additional R140 for express shipping, with no clear indication that delivery would still take an additional 5 working days from their warehouse before shipping even begins. I ordered a pair of Oakley sunglasses online during the festive period between Christmas and New Year, fully aware that the business was closed at the time. Despite this, my order was processed promptly on the Monday they reopened and delivered by Wednesday—well within, and even ahead of, their advertised 3–5 working day delivery timeframe for main centres.
