Excellent customer service. Had a bike rental over Easter and after a slight tech glitch with the booking both Jarrod and Jeremy stepped up and made bit right. Rented both a road and Gravel bike from the Capetown store during my visit to Capetown. Bikes were in great condition. Will definitely book again on my next visit.

Was looking around for a new MTB and checking out what was on offer around Cape Town. Jarryd was extremely helpful from selecting a bike, ordering, and right up to first service. Very happy with the service overall and will keep going back. Whole team has been great.

Took 2 kids bikes in to get sludge in the tyres. Got much more than just sludge!! They sorted the brake cable, set the jockey's and gears to work perfectly and replaced old paddles and hand grips were changed! All communicated perfectly and really helped to get the bikes in great running condition!! Great, great service!! I can highly recommend them.
