I Brough 2 mountain bikes in for service last week they said they would give me a call regarding what needed to be done to get them running perfect again I did not receive any calls or messages they them proceeded to service the bikes that same day and not notify me the bikes sat there in their workshop for multiple days I went in today to see if there was any update on the bicycles then only to hear they have done minor services aswell as fix 2 punctures I received very bad service from the one gentlemen there aswell as the handlebars being scew and the back brakes on the one bike not working

I have a 2006 Fuji Utah Mtb and the fork couldn't lock or be adjusted as this is an old bike. The bike is in super good condition and to me it's got more value in my hand. So I changed the fork and just as it was the caliper didn't fit so I was so desperate to have it fixed and is willing to do anything. I have planned the Hoogekraal trail and now I'm stuck. I bought a 2nd hand bike "as is" off market place, only expecting as much as I paid for, but the team at Geco swiftly and smoothly sorted out all the little niggles and faults, even a complex front suspension issue, keeping me updated and informed throughout, saving me money where possible. Purchased a new mountain bike from Geco couple weeks back, i got the best price, they setup the bike for me, helped me with the extras, and assisted in me choosing the bike, i cannot fault any part of the process, the bike is awesome, and the after sales service is top notch.
