Brought in a couple of bikes we’ve had and neglected for years. They are now better than when they were brand new. Price, customer service, communication, in fact everything about this experience was phenomenal. If other businesses in South Africa operated at even half the standard of this place it would be a different world!

I recently took my mountain bike for a normal service and am greatly impressed by the work done. Everything checked and set properly, and great communication. I had not even left Hermanus and the bike was ready for collection. Friendly and expert owner and staff. So many thanks. A week later my road bike had an issue with the crank (I thought I had badly damaged the threads in the frame). Same experience: smooth intake and assessment, clear technical explanation what the issue was, reassuring words. And not even out of Hermanus and the bike was ready. So many thanks again. If you find yourself in the Western Cape , this shop is a must see!!!! The team there are awesome and very knowledgeable. I had an excellent experience at GeT Cycling in Hermanus! The store offers a great selection of e-bikes, which are perfect for exploring the stunning surroundings. The staff are super knowledgeable and friendly, and they took the time to explain the features of each bike, making it easy to choose the right one for my needs. The shop also has a cozy coffee corner, which adds a nice touch. After a great ride, it’s perfect to relax with a cup of coffee and enjoy the peaceful atmosphere.
