Awesome experience visiting Knipe to repair my stripped pivot bolts! Other shops were not willing to assist, but Knipe were open to trying to find a solution, and they did! A great addition that they have internal engineering capabilities!

As someone new to cycling, I took my bike in for service hoping to get good support and guidance. Unfortunately, my experience didn’t go as smoothly as I expected. When I got the bike back, the front brakes (which were working before) no longer worked, and overall the bike feels worse than when I took it in. My Smart trainer malfunctioned recently as it was no longer able to measure the speed and cadence correctly. Numerous attempts to resolve the issue with the Reseller, local distributor and even the manufacturer (internationally) failed. The result was that the manufacturer indicated that it must be a failed speed sensor that could not be fixed and were no longer being manufactured (so no replacement available).
