Awesome service from Herman and got what I needed - was my first time at Specialized lynnwood and for what I was after was perfect and the store has a great atmosphere and you can grab a coffee while waiting - thanks Herman for your great service - see you guys again soon

Absolutely the best service I could ask for from salesman Stephan! He's helped not just me but also assisted with another sale within my friend group. Stephan is always willing to help, quick to respond, and happy to answer any questions about anything bicycle-related. Keep up the great work - I'll definitely continue going to him for all my biking needs!

Great cycle shop with a service department as well and while you wait you can enjoy a coffee at there coffee bar or browse through there wide range of cycle accessories, shop looks great for the holiday season also.

I have been considering to complain about Lynnwood Cyclery many times before.Usually after a workshop incident.(I have been doing business with them since 2016). I think this was the final straw. I have more than once felt as if Lynnwood Cyclery are doing me a favour.Staff are always terribly busy when you want to book an appointment or ask advice or even have a simple chat about a new bike. I will never forget the frustration I once had to travel to Lynnwood Cyclery on a Wednesday, Friday and again on the Saturday (roughly 7 hours on the road ) due to the workshop not being able to deliver on

The service department appears to lack the necessary technical expertise. My bike has been in and out of the workshop multiple times, yet the same issue persists. It’s extremely frustrating—when you purchase a Specialized bike, you expect it to be properly serviced by the same shop. Unfortunately, I now feel I have no choice but to seek assistance elsewhere.
