⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had an outstanding experience with Mellow Velo Cycles, thanks in particular to Wesley. The level of service, professionalism, and genuine willingness to help was exceptional from start to finish. I've dealt with many bicycle stores over the years, and this was by far the best service I've ever received. Wesley took the time to answer all my questions, provided honest advice, and made the entire process smooth and enjoyable. Nothing felt rushed, and I always felt like a valued customer. Horrible Experience, no good service. Took my bike to Mellow Vellow in April 2024 to see if they would be able to help fix my bike up as it was pretty old and needed some restoring. They took a look at the bike and told me that they would definitley be able to help me out and what needed to be fixed/replaced was a simple job and would stay in contact with me for updates. Well I got my bike back, and Its now March 2026... Nothing at all was fixed on my bike, its actually in worse condition than when I brought it in back in 2024. Amazing Service. I placed a special order for a shim from CT but gave the incorrect specifications. Obviously it didn't fit! Liam was anazingly patient in resplving the issue and took the item back in to into stock with a full credit and sold me the correct shim which was half the price. This is clearly a shop you can trust, where client satisfaction comes before profit. Well done Liam and Mello Vello.

I drove from Welkom to Jhb to buy a Giant TCR road bike size small for my daughter today. Ian was super helpful and knowlegable with setting up her bike and I now have a very excited and eager cycling bestie. Even at shop closing time the guys remained helpful and professional. Completely satisfied with Mello Velo's service. I'm a return customer for sure.

Been my local bike shop for two years now. Great team who go out of their way to assist me, my family and the people I refer. Really appreciate having such knowledge and skill in my corner as an average-but-keen cyclist. Great for sales, services and bike fits and love learning from patient mechanics when I’m there.
