I went to the store looking for a rear light, but was mistakenly given a front light. When I returned to exchange it, I decided to purchase both a front and rear light. I met with a man who introduced himself as the owner. Unfortunately, he seemed frustrated and upset, mentioning he had a long day. He refused to accept the returned light because the packaging wasn’t in perfect condition, despite my attempts to explain the situation. He didn’t seem willing to listen or check the product properly, and instead made the decision for me to purchase both lights. Overall, my experience was very disap
