I had a poor experience with the receptionist. She was unprofessional and couldn’t give a clear reason why she couldn’t help me tighten a nut on my bike pedals. I even offered to pay for the assistance, and her response came across as sarcastic. But otherwise the shop seems decent for buying spare parts

My go to place for all my cycling needs in Potchefstroom. Been using them for a few years and always get the best service, parts and customer support(5/5) until I bought some tyres. Bought two new tyres and went for a ride around the block and noticed my rear wheel chafing against the frame after explicitly stating that if the 2.35 don't fit they should rather try the 2.25. I thought no problem will just get it replaced with the correct width tyre. Understandably they didn't want to replace the incorrectly fitted tyre and I needed to pay for a 2nd brand new tyre.
