I came across Pedalworx in late December. Henning went out if his way to help me on the 30th and 31st. He has subsequently worked on all 3 my bicycles, supplied parts, rims, tyres and serviced them. I am so pleased with the service and the pricing i received. Henning himself is a fantastic cyclist and very knowledgeable about cycling. Pedalworx is a highly reccomended bicycle shop. Thank you Pedalworx for all you have done.

My gears were jumping around , another bike shop said my derailleur was broken. Henning sorted it promptly and turns out the hanger was bent. No clue about the bad reviews they definitely know what they doing

Extremely Disappointed. I brought in my front wheel for a simple repair and was told to return later that afternoon. When I came back, I was told to try again the next day. I ended up visiting the store twice the following day—only to find out the wheel still hadn’t been touched. I decided to give them some time and came back over a week later. Shockingly, the wheel was still sitting there untouched, with zero communication from the store the entire time. Walking in, it became clear just how incompetent and negligent the staff were. Terrible service no idea of what they taking about, not selling the customer what he wants, cause of it not being on pricing systym, very rare plant, can buy it from other aquarium shop, plenty in stock, just checked 197 in stock
