I recently had a run in with another local bicyle company that fitted the incorrect rear derailer onto my son's bike. When I took it back I had even more problems. Eventually my sn phone Pinnacle Cycles and they replaced it with the correct derailer. They even gave me over R300 discount as they quoted me on a cheaper model but put on a more expensive model. My son was able to go and compete in a mountain bike race the same day. Thank you very much for your responsiveness and excellent service.
