I recently had my mountain bikes serviced at RA Cycles again and also purchased various accessories and stocked up on race essentials. The service from Corné and Nikki is always friendly and helpful, making the whole experience enjoyable. It's always a pleasure visiting the store and checking out the latest Cannondale bicycles. RA Cycles truly embodies everything a local bike shop should be. Highly recommended!

Recently needed a Insurance valuation done on my Scalpel, it has had a few upgrades, a fork replacement and warranty frame, plus some running upgrades are parts were out. My last valuation was way too low. I contacted Rayé from RA to do me new valuation so I would be covered. Rayé was quick and knowledgable on the all the products and remembered my upgrades and corrected them for me. I have the new valuation and peace of mind now the I won't be under insured. Thx RA Cycles once again for making things so painless and not difficult, true customer service orientated shop!
