Great service from Ian and the team. They’re always happy to help and make sure my bike is sorted for the next ride. Definitely recommend STM.

While at the time they were very helpful and accommodating with the problem I had to sort out immediately. Can't speak for the mechanics. Apart from not knowing what they were doing they overtightened everything, breaking a lock ring which could have been avoided, you're working on very expensive bicycles at least have the respect and please buy torque wrench. In conclusion I will not be taking my bicycle back.

Excellent service from start to finish. They collects the bikes from my place serviced them and returned them within 72 hours. Great value for money too
