Read to the end: So I bought online a bicycle for my daughter. About a week passed since the bike was delivered, before I had to assemble the bike. I saw that the wrong color bicycle was delivered and now I sat in a predicament. It was 15:00 in the afternoon I was planning to give the bicycle to my daughter the next day and it was the wrong bike. So I called Singletrack Cycles and told them the order was wrong. The gents there apologised for the mistake but what their resolution was is what makes me give them 5 stars. They owned up to their mistake and they hand delivered a new assembled bicy

Great experience with them I needed custom adapter for my rs1 fork and they were able to assist. Thanks to Zander, Hugo and Barend would definitely recommend.

All I can say is wow! What exceptional service. Even though they were extremely busy, they made a plan to squeeze me in and did it all in one day, despite my waiting until the last minute to get my bike serviced. I am extremely happy and impressed with the amazing service I received. The staff was also so friendly and helpful.
