Specialized Paarl

I live 100km from 3 Specialized service centres in the Cape Town area, and Paarl was the only one that was prepared to service my e-Bike whilst I waited. The other 2 said I must drop it off by 07h30 and the bike "should" be available by 17h00, which is shocking customer service. The guys at Paarl were very helpful on checking the bike in and started work on it quickly, and it was ready within 3 hours, with the additional work I requested completed. A perfect customer experience and they will always get my business.

A beautifully laid out store with everything you’d need as a cyclist of any kind. Trails and gravel riding, right from the doorstep, safe parking and a coffee shop to share your trail stories with your mate. Great store!

I first visited this store in 2024 and the staff were so helpful and attentive even though I was just browsing. In December of 2025, I flew back to ride the local roads and booked my bike in for servicing with them. Jeremy, the mechanic communicated with me throughout the whole process and returned my bike in better than new shape. Highly recommend.
