Exceptional Service When We Needed It Most! My daughter and I had a rear wheel puncture on the N1 late one afternoon after a hiking trip in the Limietberg. Despite being near closing time, Fanie and his team didn’t hesitate. They fetched us with a trailer, repaired the tire efficiently, and got us safely back on the road. What really stood out was the genuine care. Nieke went above and beyond with snacks and drinks and helped us order pizza for dinner while we waited. Very impressed with a recent visit. They were quick to accommodate me in their schedule with a pickup and quickly spotted and resolved another issue. When collecting the bike I was unsure about my rear tire and they drove behind me a few km's to ensure everything was fine! Amazing. Thanks for the last 7 years servicing my bike. Always a pleasure to pop in!
