I had a great experience getting my bike serviced here. The person who helped me was extremely friendly and sorted things out right away. They were upfront about when they could take a look at my bike, but finished the work much sooner than expected. Their WhatsApp updates made everything easy to follow, and approving the quote online was perfect for me since I’m often in meetings and can’t take calls. Overall, very helpful and professional service. I can highly recommend them.

Walked in to the store about 3 weeks ago on a Wednesday morning. Entered the store and although someone was stationed at the door and plenty of sales people on the floor no one acknowledged, grewted or even offered any assistance. I eventually just left the store and vowed never to return. Not the service or lack thereof I was expecting.
