Tzaneen Cycle Café

I booked my bicycle in to adjust rear brakes, i I received no communication, when I went back the next day they said the pads needed to be replaced. When riding I realised it still had the same issue. I took it back, then only did the technician realise the lever was leaking oil. I asked him to get a quote to replace, after a week of not hearing anything I went back and nothing had been done. A day later they fitted a used lever, I was never offered any other option, not a call, whatsapp or any communication. They’re not interested in serving customers or offering any level of professionalism.

I went into the cafe enquired about a bicycle, asked for a contact number as I would get back to them about the bicycle. Tried to call , no one answered. Went back to the shop, no one was really interested in helping me. I asked about ordering a specific brand, I was told they cant order it for me. No one bothered to asked why I wanted the specific brand or even recommended an alternative brand. Needles to say I will be driving to polokwane to buy the bicycle.

Super friendly and Competent service. Bought a MTB and a Kidds MTB. Really happy with it
