We bought online an emtb from Wayne and had a wonderful experience. The service was exceptional. The bike was boxed and couriered to us in Cape Town. We received exactly what was promised an more. Will recommend them anytime. Thanks guys. It was a great experience dealing with you.

They clean your bike so that you think it's new. And that's where it ends. Or it would if it were illegal to run a business without knowing anything about it. The most incompetent service I've experienced anywhere in the world. During the bikeservice, which can take three weeks, parts are destroyed, NONE of the fixings have shown the desired result. This doesn't seem to be a problem elsewhere locally. Even when I was forced to buy a new bike there, as the desired brand was only available here, the setting is a disaster and in this case disappoints my son to no end. Various screws were not even

Visited Knysna, and had an issue with my lockout. Took my bike to Ultimate Cycling without a pre booking and they fixed it in a few hours, even gave me a loan e-bike to get home so I didn’t have to walk 3 km in my cycling shoes. Thank you Wayne / Andrew for the super service, I know where to take my bike next time I’m in Knysna 👊

Just reading through your reviews, I see that you have a fantastic review from some Haas character about 8months ago.... I saw your lengthy reply, to which I have giving this rating...It's sad you actually have to spend quality time replying to a customer that in all fairness, you could do without....the saying "the customer is always right" could do with some tweaking ever now and then. Go well.

Firstly, thank you for the friendly reception when I brought you a bike in a box for assembling and a service. Thank you, Wayne for the advise for my son's Odyssey trip next year . My experience with Ultimate Cycling Knysna was awesome. Once again thank you Wayne.
