Father & son,Faried & Fayaz have helped me and other cycling buddies on numerous occasions sourcing parts I could Not find at any other bike Shop. Always helpful,always friendly with positive advice. Will also beat the price, on some parts, of most other bicycle shops alot of the time. Every time I pop in for something quickly, I end up spending more than an hour there. I've bought most of my bicycles from them over the years, and maintained over the years. I would definitely recommend this bicycle shop.

Placed an online order on Tuesday, tried to call on Thurdsay and Friday to get an update. as no courier details had been sent. Told I would be called back multiple times but wasn't. Eventually got through to someone responsible for web orders (5th call) and was told they couldn't find the item I had ordered and I would have to cancel my order.

You come in, nobody care about you. I checked on their website, you imagine arriving in cycle shop with gravels, road or mtb bike. You are looking for brands, etc. In fact you have essentialy mtb and not the better ones. Very desappointing. The website was beautiful, and the shop absolutly not. Like you converse with a beautifulperson online and when you see her or him the terrible truth appears.

They are good people, very good service,, invoice cheaper than what I expect

Managed to walk in and walk right out with a new pair of rubbery soled mountain bike shoes to replace a pair bought there 20 years ago. Great help from Hassain. Unlike some terrible service I received at the biggest bike shop in Jhb. Even got tiny handlebar bells for R25 each. Ding, ding!
