Mitas tyres are a great product. Just a pity about the attitude of the local importer. After sales service is as important as quality of the product. Edit: I recently had to endure another 5 minutes of this rude arrogant man. Nothing has changed. He really does not seem to care about customer service in any way and is one of the most entitled, arrogant suppliers that I have ever had the displeasure of having to deal with.
