William's Bike Shop

You appreciate something that’s great when you have something/one to compare it to 😂 after being treated like a nobody where the guys couldn’t give a damn about me and my beloved bike (very close to this shop) i ended up at Williams and my word what a stark contrast! Friendly, knowledgeable, cares about your bike almost as much as you do ! most importantly drinks Guinness for Pete’s sake what more could one possibly want ?!& For life will service and do all my trek bike stuff here now thank you guys you rock 🤘!!

I was very dissappointed with my visit to William's bike shop. I am new to the area and decided to support them to change my tyre's. I won't get into the details, they made a mistake on the bike and I can live with that, but it's how they reacted to their mistake which counts. They did not show any urgency or go the extra mile in rectifying the problem. I unfortunately cannot recommend this bike shop.

Wish I knew about 'William's Bike Shop' earlier. I had a major service on my bicycle at another (won't mention where, but in Somerset West main road). Bike came back and something seemed terribly wrong. I took my mountain bike to Williams Bike shop, Darren had one look/listen and knew exactly what was wrong. This was last minute on a Friday before a big planned ride on the Saturday. Darren (mechanic) explained to me what he was going to do and will keep me informed. He took the bicycle apart and phoned me immediately to explain what he was going to do and what needed replacement. I had my bicy

A bit floored, brought the bike here for a tyre repair. Which I didn’t need back today. Spent a good R40k in this shop and they told me absolutely no they can’t help because it wasn’t booked in. Thanks Williams! Will go to Specialized for my bikes, accessories and servicing. 👍🏼 it was at 07:45am today. Just confirmed with your guy at the shop. You could have told me it will take ten days even that’s fine, that’s what we do to support local. Either way thanks anyways.

I had such a great experience at Williams Bike Shop in Somerset West! Darryn was incredibly helpful and took the time to answer all my questions thoroughly. The entire team was super knowledgeable and clearly passionate about what they do. Really awesome service from start to finish—I’d definitely recommend them to anyone looking for expert advice and quality bikes! - Andre Oosthuizen
