At 72 yrs of age, my worst experience from a Best of George 2025 winner or in any shop before. Mon 17/11 08:45. Arrived on time at the shop to have 24 " bike serviced. Shop opened late (no problem). Registered my service request. Requested counter staff member if Tech could also show me how to (basically) adjust the sets of brakes when I collect the bike (should probably) in 3-4 minutes. Her response: "Meneer, ek het 'n probleem hiermee (ie my request)"....ons is nie hier om opleiding te gee nie; ons maak fietse reg....as ons elkeen so moet help sal Tech nie sy werk gedoen kry....ek laat nie t

We took our two gravel bikes and two full-suspension MTB's for a full service. My handlebar tape was beautifully replaced with ergonomic shock absorbing tape on the gravel bike. On my Orbea MTB, the headset with internal cabling was making a terrible noise when climbing, which they managed to sort out, and the noise completely disappeared. Great service and squeaky clean bikes 👌👍🤝

Grew up in the Garden Route and Willie Marx has always been a trusted bike shop and still today 30yrs later their service and customer service has always been excellent. They go out of the way to accommodate a customer as far as possible. Thank you for always being positive and professional to the community and the industry..

Took my bike through to George from the Karoo for a service. Marlene was expecting me as arranged over the phone. Jerome completed the best service on my Specialized bike that it's ever had. Wonderful old school feel to the shop, but they understand all the modern cycling gear. Reminds me of the shop where I bought my first bike in the early '70's. Highly recommended.

Always greeted with friendliness. A nice, little compact store with loads on offer. Sound advice, great service and after sales service is a priority for the team. They've been around for such a long time and you'll know why when visiting them.
