Atrocious customer service,the man there was rude, abrasive and unaccommodating. He argued with me and wanted to fix parts on my bicycle which I didn't want to be touched. He wanted to charge me double because I brought my own parts,he wanted me to buy his parts only which were in a terrible condition. When I arrived he didn't even greet he just said "mhmm''.I DO NOT RECOMMEND WOODSTOCK CYCLES IF YOU ARE LOOKING TO REPAIR A BICYCLE, BUY A BICYCLE OR SHOP FOR BICYCLE PARTS If it were possible I'd rate them negative 5 stars.

Horrible shop with rude individual!! I returned a bicycle that I bought for my son hardly 4weeks ago (Christmas eve) with a broken chain. Not only were we accused of falsifying buying it there, but we were told the sale must've been years ago! Despite their claims and accusations proven false we didn't receive an apology. Instead not only am expected to pay extra but there was still a very hostile and rude reception that I have resorted to rather take it elsewhere for fixing! I DO NOT advice anyone to use their services or buy anything from them!!☹️☹️☹️

Terrible experience, I was looking for a tube for my small motorbike and I thought that maybe this bicycle shop would have it, so I asked the lady working at the counter and she gave me alot of attitude saying "this is not a motorbike shop!" she was very disrespectful I will never support this place again , this isn't my first time experiencing the bad attitude from the same lady ... I'm very disappointed ,DO NOT SUPPORT THIS SHOP!!

Disgusted, about there service. Took the bike back after a service, crankshaft was loose. Was basically told it's not their Problem, after they stripped the bolt. What happened to trying to help customers to gain their business. Never going back again.

Never send your bike to this shop. You will regret it. My bike came back with more problems tgan what it went in for. Poor service and no customer ettiquette. The owner talks rubbish to customers, has no manners and regard. Go there at you own risk, you have been warned
