How do I know if my saddle height is right?
Total beginner. My knees ache after 20 minutes. Is that a saddle height thing? How do I set it up without spending money on a bike fit yet?

Quick rule: heel on the pedal at the bottom of the stroke, leg should be dead straight. Then clip/clop in normally and you’ll have a slight bend. Knee pain at the front usually = saddle too low; back of the knee = too high.
